gooooooood tuesday mornin...still stickin to the plan...yesterday did over 12,000 in steps..did a different route yesterday morning and then walked in the city park ..right before lunch time..was in the 60s that helped to stay up an moving..suppose to be that nice again today...48 right now...and spring fever has hit me already with the warmer temps we have had...already been on the scales...and weight is down once again this morning...not alot...but down is down...and that means being consistent pays off...really feeling good about my journey to getting the weight off more again this year...joining the gym in nov was an option that i thought about...but id rather save the money an just do morning walks...something about being outside an enjoying the morning air is a fantastic way to start the day...todays plan is to get the tires on the 21 speed aired up...just in case there are nicer days on the way...with the sun shinning more last few days..so hard not to want to get outside an enjoy it..well ...need to make the bed..and get this body up and movin again...have a great one...

BY SEEING MY AFFIRMATIONS THRU OUT THE DAY..ITS EASIER TO KEEP MY FOCUS !!!

1. I AM HEALTHIER BECAUSE I CHOSE TO CHANGE MY LIFESTYLE AND WHAT I EAT...
2. BEING HONEST WITH MYSELF WHEN I LOG MY FOOD INTAKE IS IMPORTANT..
3. FORGIVE MYSELF WHEN I MESS UP..IT HAPPENS..MOVE ON!!!
4. CHANGING THE WORKOUTS IS IMPORTANT....MY BODY NEEDS A CHANGE SO IT WORKS HARDER !!!!!
5. I EAT THE MOST CALORIES AROUND MY WORKOUT TIME, AS THE DAY GOES ALONG I DO MY BEST TO DROP THE CALORIES...
6. I BURN MORE CALORIES THEN I TAKE IN...TO SHOW A LOSS...
7. I KEEP AN EYE ON HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD/PROCESSED FOOD
8. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!.
9. BEING CONSISTENT IS WHAT WORKS!!!

gooooooooood monday morning...34 and a wind chill of 28...great weather to do a morning walk...suppose to be in the 60s today an tomow...im ready...hard to believe winter is passing by an its been a mild one...walked over 8000 in steps yesterday..same plan again today...scales are showing a loss...im glad cause that med dq blizzard sure tasted good last night...i really hadnt planned to have one...but...temptations over took my thinking...this mornings walk will take care of my mistakes...forgive myslf an move on...getting closer to my apartment being ready...im getting more excited about it...have been planning how i was gonna set it up once i was moved in...bout some furniture...but still have a few more things to buy...getting tires aired up on 21 speed bike..so i can use it on these warmer days...just means trying to acquaint my butt to the padded seat...have talked with other bike riders...they all tell me its just gettin calouses on your butt...lol...so guess we all suffer from the same situation...well...need to get up an moving...bed is made...time for breakfast an then...layer up an hit the pavement...get this day started out right...have a great one...

goooooood sunday morning....time is passing by so quick..almost feb...went walking again yesterday morning..just a 2.5 mile walk...weight is back down to weigh in weight...tried on my 40s last night an they are getting loser...just takes time and being consistent...waking up to 35 this morning with a wind chill of 28...winds outta the southwest...mabye it wont be so cold a walk as yesterday morning...another day another walk...lol..keep it consistent and headed in the right direction...wearing the long john bottoms have helped my knees more this year...knees so far havent bothered me as bad with the colder temps...well...got to get up an moving...so i can get ready for my morning walk...then have several errands to do this morning..moving is getting closer..and still stuff to pack and move to storage...have a greattttttttttt one....
