goooooood wednesday mornin...stayed up an moving yesterday...didnt get a nappy...but would really rather stay up and save the sleep time for at night..not sure what my plans are for the day..need to head back to walmart an pick up the stuff i forgot to get on my list...and just to look around...a me day for a change at walmart...i dont do this very often...but decided last night when i didnt get everything i went for an didnt make a list...today would be a great day for it...22 this morning with a wind chill of 11...was 64 yesterday morning at this time...and storming...o well its only january...so what can i expect...long as theres several nice days...wont make winter so hard to get thru...for anyone lacking motivation or having trouble sticking with consistency...i use this site...and have this mp3 on my phone to use as i see fit...dont listen to it when driving... david m pierce, cht ... i listen to it quite often...when im really in a rut i listen to it 2 to 3 times a day...just to find my focus again...have a great one...hope the mp3 helps...

me bad... gooooooood monday mornin...holds up hand...yeap..i gave into a med. dairy queen strawberry cheesecake blizzard yesterday...but i dont let it bother me cause it could of been worse...before i started on this journey i joined the dairy queen site...every so often you get coupons for buy one..get one free...so i did good...i gave the other one to my next door neighbor...when i get coupons i often buy one...get one free...an give the other one to him....he acts like a kid when i bring him over one...its funny to see...hes in his 80s...an widowed...always helpful when he can be...we help each other when the leaves fall...i rake..an he uses his ridin mower thats got a leaf wagon attached..told him i would be over with another one towards the end of the month...he lit up...lol...soon as the sun comes up..gonna get out an do a morning walk for a change..in the 40s this morning...so decided i better do a morning walk..an shock the ole body...keep it guessing....today is weigh in day...an yes water weight is still the evil of the scales...so will weigh in again tomow or the next day..not really to worried about it...i kno that my mostly consistent days are workin in my favor...well...have a great one..i need to get up ...make the bed..an fix breakfast...an get ready for a morning walk....

BY SEEING MY AFFIRMATIONS THRU OUT THE DAY..ITS EASIER TO KEEP MY FOCUS !!!

1. I AM HEALTHIER BECAUSE I CHOSE TO CHANGE TO CHANGE MY LIFESTYLE AND WHAT I EAT...
2. BEING HONEST WITH MYSELF WHEN I LOG MY FOOD INTAKE IS IMPORTANT..
3. FORGIVE MYSELF WHEN I MESS UP..IT HAPPENS..MOVE ON!!!
4. CHANGING THE WORKOUTS IS IMPORTANT....MY BODY NEEDS A CHANGE SO IT WORKS HARDER !!!!!
5. I EAT THE MOST CALORIES AROUND MY WORKOUT TIME, AS THE DAY GOES ALONG I DO MY BEST TO DROP THE CALORIES...
6. I BURN MORE CALORIES THEN I TAKE IN...TO SHOW A LOSS...
7. I KEEP AN EYE ON HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD/PROCESSED FOOD
8. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!.
9. BEING CONSISTENT IS WHAT WORKS!!!
