I felt happy that I didn't have an appetite today after eating a salad at lunch (with chicken and mushrooms) and my blackeye peas. Cruising through no food since and no urge for dinner, but then the fun times of lightheadedness and weak arms came on. Across the street to parents, "I need food!", then indulged in a few beef tips with white rice and a little gravy with two deviled eggs that they had leftover from dinner. Calorie heavy because of the rice, but boy do I feel better now!

556 calorie dinner (some broccoli thrown in with a drink) sent me to 556 calorie dinner. Over my plans, but the daily intake is 1367 total so that's not too bad considering I walked extra today and did a little exercise. Would be nice to stay 1200 with exercise but apparently I made the mistake of depriving my body a bit too much, too long today.

Going to start a health drink tomorrow - my aunt and mom used it before dieting and swear by it. It's supposed to really help with fiber, which I seem to really need to alleviate other irritating symptoms that have come upon me, and despite eating oatmeal and flax seeds and vegetables, my fiber intake is rarely over 20 g

I'm going to try to drink more water. My urine and mood is showing well hydrated, and I only drink water besides my coffee drinks, but perhaps that will help kickstart some of my metabolism to increase it. :/
