Had a great time last night with the family. My youngest had an indoor soccer game that I got to watch half of and then I had to run to my indoor game where my daughter, my son and his fiance are all on the same team. It's the first time us me and my 2 oldest have gotten to play all on the same team and we got the W, even better. Now can I play long enough so that me and my 3 kids can all play together in about 8 years, frightening thought.

Remarkably enough, I stayed steady with only 1 trip to the gym last week. I made it this morning to the gym so hopefully I'm back to my old routine. I guess I'll know tomorrow if I am or not.

So I've been gone awhile from this app. I didn't lose any weight but I added some muscle. I had quite a bit of time the last 3 months to just workout since I was waiting for the woman I thought would always be mine to sort through the thoughts she was having. So the day finally came when she told me she wasn't ready for a relationship but said we could at least start dating. A week went by and things didn't feel right so we decided mutually that this isn't what we wanted and heartbreakingly broke up. By that Wednesday morning I was given information that she was already seeing someone else and was planning to meet his parents this past weekend. Wow is all I could muster up to say. Talk about a stab to the heart. it's been a tough week and I'm sure I'll get through it. a good and bad thing about this heartbreak is one hell of a weight loss plan.
