I can jog longer and longer. My endurance significantly improves this week. Yesterday I consumed roughy 3700cal
- rice 400g 1400cal
- raisin 150g 450cal
- 4 chive buns 560c
- 2 bean pastes filled buns 1050cal
- 4 small strawberry paste buns 320cal
Net calories 3780cal
That’s a lot of calories, and can make me gain weight from the food weight, not the stored fat weight. The 2 bean paste buns was little greasy, but they’re the only things that weren’t low fat I ate yesterday.

I cheated yesterday, consumed almost 4000cal, but still mainly carbs from bananas, which would be overripe today if I didn’t eat them all yesterday.
And yesterday I had snacks outside meal time, it was lemon tea and a bun.
What I ate yesterday
- broken rice 400g 1200cal
- 19 bananas (a whole bunch of very small size bananas) 1400cal
- lemon tea and red bean paste filled bun 350cal
- sticky rice with coconut milk and bananas 3 pairs 850cal
Net calories 3800cal, I had some fat from the coconut milk.

I have forgotten to write my weight yesterday.
These days I feel addicted to jogging in the morning. I feel like I can improve further, and diet limit my improvement. Every time I was on diet the next morning jogging went not so well, unlike days I cheated, it went out very well.
So yesterday I cheated (but still on low fat higher carbs diet) and looking forward to today’s morning jogging.
What I ate 2 days ago
- broken rice 300g 1000cal
- 7 bananas 800cal
- raisins 150g 450cal
Net calories were around 2250cal, still no surplus, but almost no deficit, my calories maintenance from calculating is around 2400cal.
